Return Policy

This return policy is subject to all terms and conditions, including the Terms of Use on Dime Boutique website

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel an order at any time before receiving your shipping confirmation, which will include your tracking number. You cannot cancel an order that has been processed for shipping. If your order has been shipped, you will not receive a refund until you return the merchandise.

To cancel an order please send us an email along with your order number to info@dimebridalboutique.com.

DO NOT PACKAGE RETURN ITEMS OR EXCHANGE ITEMS. When you receive your order and still do not want it, you must remove the garment from the shipping box and keep it in the returned garment bag. You must take the garment in the garment bag and the shipping label provided to a UPS location. UPS will then package the garment and confirm your return. Once we receive your returned garment (s), we will begin processing your return or exchange.

 

Return

With proof of purchase, you may return or exchange an order for another item within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

We only accept returned clothing that is in the same condition that the clothing was delivered to you. All clothes must be returned in the returned garment bag that was shipped with your order. Unfortunately, we do not accept clothing that has been altered in any way, washed, damaged, stained, worn, or used. We also do not accept clothing that has lint, hair, or fur on it.

Once we receive the returned items and confirm that they are in their original condition, we will issue a full refund to the credit card you used to place your order. [ We only accept debit or credit cards from these providers: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover] Refunds will take three (3) to five (5) business days or possibly longer. The amount refunded will be what you paid. Refunded amounts will not be increased due to promotional discounts. For example, if you received a 20% discount on a $100 purchase, you will receive $80.

Discounts used for returned items can be used again for the purchase of future eligible items. We will keep a record of your unused discount coupons. We will email you a record of your available promotion codes.

DO NOT RETURN FINAL SALE ITEMS. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THESE ITEMS.

Final sale items are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. Any final sale items sent back will not receive a refund. If you return a final sale item to us and you want us to return it to you, you will have to pay the shipping and handling fee in advance or you can authorize us to bill the shipping and handling fee to your credit card.

Exchange:

Your satisfaction is our highest priority, therefore all garments are carefully monitored and photographed before leaving our warehouse. However, if you receive a garment that doesn’t fit, no worries! You can exchange your garment for a different size if the garment hasn’t been altered in any way, washed, damaged, stained, worn, or used.

Return and Exchange Shipping

We, at Dime Boutique, pay UPS to package your return. A garment bag is shipped with your order. You must keep the garment in the garment bag and take the garment with the shipping label that we provide to a UPS location. There, UPS will package the item and confirm your return. Once we receive your returned garment (s), we will begin processing your return or exchange. We pay for all shipping and courier fees. 🙂
